I need to relocate my mum as soon as possible and get her and the dog somewhere safe and more importantly back together.
My plan was simple: use the money from upcoming jobs through my business. That income was how I was going to do this.
That option has now been taken away.
Because of my public profile and my stance, the left targeted my business. Contracts have been pulled. Customers who were lined up no longer want to work with us. They didn’t just come for me, they went after the work that was meant to protect my family.

A Black Cambridge professor dies after resigning amid explosive plagiarism allegations, and the British political and academic class immediately starts talking about racism.
Aaron Dugmore was nine years old.
He was one of the few White children in a school where roughly 75% of pupils were non-White. His family said he was subjected to racial abuse, including being told that “all the white people should be dead”, before he was found with a cord around his neck.
Britain never made his name a national cause.

I was desperately sad to hear of the death of Jason Arday. I interviewed him in 2023, when he told me about his extraordinary journey from being unable to speak until the age of 11 to becoming a Cambridge professor.
Softly spoken and thoughtful. He was just 41 when he died. In recent weeks he had been subjected to relentless attacks online.

Things got incredibly heated on Good Morning Britain as Reform UK’s Home Affairs spokesman Zia Yusuf went head to head with hosts Richard Madeley and Kate Garraway.
The row centred on Reform’s plan for the largest military operation in the English Channel since World War Two. Yusuf argued the Royal Navy and Marines should intercept small boats and drop the migrants straight back on French shores.
The hosts pressed hard on what would happen if France refused. When the conversation turned to possible French resistance, Kate Garraway snapped: “I didn’t say anything about the navy coming out. I never said that, Yusuf, you are not listening to me! No one has mentioned the French Navy; we are talking about your proposal.”
Zia immediately hit back, pointing out that Richard Madeley had literally just referenced the French Navy, which he had. The studio then exploded into overlapping arguments.
Richard Madeley gritted his teeth and continued: “What I was saying was that you have a situation here where you are escalating confrontation possibilities between the French. You have clearly not consulted the French about this, you’re simply assuming that the French would be content for British ships and British vessels to come in on territorial waters and return these people. What I am asking you is, if the French were to say ‘no, we are not putting up with that’, what happens then?”
Yusuf referred to a document due out later that day that covered both consent and non-consent scenarios. Madeley cut across him: “What would your instructions be, were you to be in government? You haven’t answered the question. What would your instructions to the Navy and to the Marines be to deal with a French attempt to repulse them coming on to French shores?”
When Yusuf asked what that scenario would look like, Madeley replied: “I have absolutely no idea… It’s not for me to consider, it’s for you to consider.”
Viewers branded the entire interview a car crash as voices rose and everyone talked over each other.
The whole interview was a bit of a mess to be honest. Kate Garraway in particular kept cutting him off and speaking over him throughout. Painful viewing.
