IGNITED LIFE SCIENTISTS,
Our great Faculty has once again proven that it is not only a home for academic excellence, but also a breeding ground for innovation, creativity and solutions to real world problems.
Earlier this year, a group of our innovative Life Scientists, led by Babawale Al-Ameen Olatunji @DoctorBee19 , came together to establish Lodgr @_lodgr , a promising startup focused on addressing challenges within the student housing space.
The team went on to apply for the @OPay_NG OPay Scholars Employability Program, powerd by Google @Google , OPay and 3MTT @3MTTNigeria . Out of over 80 teams that applied from the University of Ilorin, Team Lodgr-Unilorin emerged as the only team selected from our university to advance to the next stage.
This remarkable achievement is yet another testament to the ingenuity, creativity and problem solving capacity of Life Scientists. It is proof that beyond the lecture halls and laboratories, our students are building ideas capable of making meaningful impact.
