Usually BTC halving is a big catalyst for btc itself. Based on history, btc usually rallies after the halving. WULF has been continuously generating good revenue and paying off their debts, which puts them in a great position to invest back into BTC mining machines. $ABVC DUE DILLIGANCE Top overnight gap candidate🚨 Float: 8.68M Short Percentage: 15% Insider Ownership: 17.5% Insider Transactions: None Recently Past Events: 1-) Acquiring of TT Life Company that is worth $8.3M. This acquisition strengthens ABVC's portfolio and enables them for robust development and integration of AI in their development pipeline. 2-) Global Licensing Definitive Agreement for the treatment of NSCLC on April 17, "ABVC and its affiliate are set to receive an aggregate license fee of $12,500,000 in the form of cash or shares... within 30 days of executing the agreement" Context: ABVC should be getting the first round of funding in the next 1 month by May17th. 3-) ABVC Executes a Global Licensing Term Sheet for Oncology/Hematology Products, Expecting Licensing Income of $55M and Royalties of up to $50M ( April 10th ) Context: 30 Days for this one as well, we should be expecting money coming in by May 10th. 4-) ABVC Entered into a Global Licensing Deal of Vitargus with Licensing Income of $33.5M and Royalties up to $60M Summary: With the three licensing agreement deals, we see a massive increase in revenue: 12,500,000 + 30,000,000 + 50,000,000 = $92,500,000 (Just in the month of may), puts ABVC in a very strong cash position, through which they can fund their robust pipeline inventory. Along with the licensing agreement deals, ABVC has many upcoming Catalysts, that are already in Phase 2 and 3 by end of first half 2024.(shown in pictures below)

$SMFL DUE DILLIGANCE Could easily see PR here soon Float: ~250K Recent 1:7 RS. SMFL has been around since February 2022, and their whole business strategy revolves around Mergers and Acquisition. Acquisition closed April 8: "CEO of Smart for Life Discusses Profitable Acquisition...." Context: The acquisition is expected to close within the next 6 weeks and is subject to financing and customary closing conditions. This merger is going to add up to $8M of Annualized Revenue and 1M$ of Adjusted EBITDA. Another Acquisition in the pipeline: News from December 04 points to an LOI of acquiring a state of the art vitamins and supplements manufacturer. This move should add up to $20M Annualized Revenue, however the one they announced recently was only $8M. My guess is, we see a PR announcing this $20M merger soon. The company wants to reach the goal of 100M$ Revenue. Their newly appointed CEO is experienced in the space they are trying to conquer. Potential offering thoughts: They have an S-1 Open for 1,819,777 Shares. I think they will release PR, get this as high as 8+ before we see an offering.
