Pittsburgh is running their version of "Sand Deuce."
Sand = Safety + Will through the B-gap.
The pressure creates a two-for-one on the RB.
Brisker, the Steelers' Down Safety, is excellent near the box.
The coverage (Deuce) is a modified Quarters with no 3-Drop, so the two underneath defenders have to "Cut-2" & "Cut-3" versus a 3x1 alignment.
The front-side DBs play Palms because the Edge (90) has no immediate flat push.

🚨 TOP FIVE BALLARD HIGH SCHOOL DEBATE STRUCK A NERVE 🚨
“I love Oucee. He’s my era, I love him. But in high school, he wasn’t better than Quentin Snider.”
That’s Tim Barnett’s take on the latest episode of The Player’s Perspective Uncensored with Larry O’Bannon. The conversation turns to Ballard Bruin basketball legend and former Louisville guard QUENTIN SNIDER.
Snider is Ballard’s all-time leading scorer and ranks among the school’s top five in assists and rebounds. He earned All-State and All-Region honors four times before going on to a standout career at Louisville.
Tim Barnett, Murph and Larry debate: Was Snider the best point guard to come out of Ballard, or does that honor belong to DeJuan Wheat?
What do you think? Share your take in the comments. Watch the full episode on YouTube or listen wherever you get your podcasts.
