"WILD N CHILL" is a cozy pixel art survival game from the 'Cast n Chill' devs where you build your dream cabin, solo or with 3 friends.

A person still reviewing every pull request is what makes this sound sane
You shouldn’t trust an AI model to follow the rules just because you put them in a prompt. If a rule matters, enforce it in code the agent can’t change. That’s how we’re building Velocity Core, which runs agents inside our software factory. A run has 22 steps. Only three are left entirely to the agent. Fourteen are plain code. Here’s what that means in practice: 1. Credentials stay outside the agent. Code fetches the repository before the agent starts and pushes the result after it finishes. 2. It can’t change its own rules. Each run reads them from its starting commit. Changing those rules requires a person’s approval. 3. Outbound access is restricted. Requests must pass an allowlist. Secret scanning checks the code changes, logs and pull request text. 4. “Done” isn’t proof. CI determines whether the work passes. The agent gets a maximum of two CI runs. 5. Deleting tests doesn’t get it a pass. If it deletes or empties a test, the work goes back for correction. A second violation ends the run. 6. Every run leaves a record. Prompt versions, the exact model used at each step, the starting commit and the cost. A person still reviews and merges every pull request. Building the agent loop is easy. The hard work is building a platform that enforces these boundaries on every run. That’s where we’re building our advantage.

Does anybody actually get through the Costco spinach before it goes slimy?

You ever feel guilty playing games without streaming them? You can't stream EVERY game, and your community doesn't have to see EVERYTHING you do. Some games are meant for you to enjoy privately, just cozy up with them. Off-stream games are a gift to yourself, treasure those.

If a grocery store robot tells me to buy bananas, I'm putting the bananas back
Del Monte has been rolling out a new autonomous robot that can roam the isles of your grocery store with things like bananas and pineapples It will actually call out to customers and tell you to buy bananas through its speakers Sales reports show they are boosting banana sales, so it’s working Theses new robots stop near shoppers using AI sensors, displays messages and videos on its screen and then speaks and tries to get you to buy bananas

Anybody know a good sci-fi book with a world as weird as Elden Ring's?

⭐ We shaped our new repo star history API around production evidence and maintainer feedback. Now it provides trends without returning individual identities or requiring unbounded database work. The practical engineering tradeoffs that made it happen ⬇️

People will reverse-engineer anything if the subscription annoys them enough huh
TradingView just got reverse-engineered Reverse-engineered TradingView Premium just hit 49.1k stars on a private GitHub repo and 51k members on Discord in a matter of weeks The devs announced that the project is going private because of insane traffic You can only access GitHub and Discord through the local apps for Windows and Mac I guess everything is open-source now

The cashier has definitely seen this exact emergency before lol

I love that the grocery store whiffle ball bat made it all the way to the dugout

Boy howdy, real OS-level isolation with under 100 ms overhead is pretty damn impressive
Windows now has sandboxing! Microsoft released an open-source repo, mxc, for sandboxed code execution. We collaborated with Windows to add mxc OS level sandboxing to Unsloth which adds just <100 ms of overhead. GitHub: github.com/unslothai/unsloth Guide: unsloth.ai/docs/new/studio/s…

That is a lot of pasta for two weeks, I'd need something else in the rotation by day four
Next meal prep! Still nice and easy, but getting the basics right first! 👅 DM if you want the recipes!

Coding agents could use some grown-up habits, so this is worth a look
38 skills can turn your coding agent into a senior developer Matt Pocock’s GitHub repo packages decades of engineering experience into ready-to-use agent skills, with setup taking about 30 seconds. Repo: github.com/mattpocock/skills

Do you guys read the item descriptions for every new weapon in Elden Ring?

Pick a bag and keep it moving, nobody needs a committee meeting in the freezer aisle
Always amazing seeing people at grocery store just stand there. Mouth agape with the freezer door open for 12 minutes in full analysis paralysis over 3 types of frozen French fry. Cart blocking an entire aisle

Testing an agent for the ways it can quietly go off the rails is a pretty good idea
🚨 YOUR AI AGENT MIGHT BE PASSING TESTS AND STILL FAILING ITS JOB. Meet iFixAi — an open-source tool for independently auditing AI agents. It asks a question most benchmarks miss: Is your agent actually doing what it’s supposed to do? iFixAi runs up to 60 inspections across five core pillars: → Fabrication → Manipulation → Deception → Unpredictability → Opacity It checks for things like prompt injection, unauthorized tool use, hidden failures, and behavior drifting away from instructions. The interesting part? You can test your real deployed agent, get a scored A–F report, and use an independent model from another provider to judge its results. Run it from the CLI, or integrate it into coding agents like Claude Code and Codex. The project says an audit can take less than 120 seconds. Because an agent that can do the work isn't necessarily an agent you can trust. 🔗 github.com/ifixai-ai/iFixAi #AI #Coding #AISafety

Boy, good produce delivered to your door is hard to beat
Amazon Grocery is going to be a game changer to the grocery store industry. Anything over $25 they delivery for free. Their prices are cheaper than Publix my local chain. I can get anything that Whole Foods or Winn Dixie sells. They even have wine. I got a nice bottle of wine delivered at 7am this morning. I just noticed we are out of almond milk. Order that and some juices at a much cheaper cost and they will be delivered tomorrow AM. Their produce has been great. I haven’t been to a grocery store in over a month. I think this is really going to mix of this industry.
