For reference, this meta analysis[1] doesn't specify post-workout but the studies it's analyzing only measure post-workout CWI or very mild delays (<6hr). It seemed that the delays may mitigate the negative and positive effects. [1]: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3314…
