Quick question.
Anyone want to try a simple to-do app @PhilipDren and I are building?
We're testing one idea:
Instead of treating every task as equal, you label it as Signal or Noise.
Signal = moves you forward
Noise = keeps you busy
DM me or comment "Signal" :)

We're starting to let users into the app now... 📩
So DM me or @_simonhansson if you want to secure a spot.
So... very soon we will start taking in a very limited batch of first users for a todo app me and @_simonhansson are currently working on 😮
DM me if you are interested!

Before you start working, try removing a few options first.
Close the tabs you don't need. Put your phone somewhere else. Clear the stuff pulling your attention sideways.
Focus isn't always about trying harder.
Sometimes it's just what's left when there's less to ignore.
The part I like most about this idea is that it's not really about getting more done.
It's about pausing for a second and asking:
Is this moving me forward, or am I just keeping myself busy?

I don't think deciding what to do next needs to be that deep tbh.
It's mostly just asking yourself: is this moving me forward, or am I just keeping myself busy?
Even that little pause before starting probably helps.

Lately I’ve been labeling everything I do as either signal or noise. Signal moves my life forward. Noise just keeps me busy.
Turns out… most of my day was noise disguised as productivity.
So @_simonhansson and I are building something around this idea. Early preview below 👇
So for anyone not familiar with the idea of Signal vs Noise, I'll try to summarize how I think about it.
That's where the distinction matters.
Because when we treat everything equally, it becomes harder to protect your energy for the things that create the most progress.
You end up doing what feels easiest to complete, not necessarily what moves you forward.
We all know the pain of making emails that don't look like they were dragged up from the bottom of the ocean...
So here is our gift to you – Magic 🔮 Free React Email + Tailwind components.
Perfect if you send custom-coded emails via e.g., Resend.

Magic🔮
So the email theme I am working on for @celaroapp will be called Magic, and will be available very soon... 👀
This will be a theme for React Email that allows you to create beautiful emails using highly modular blocks.

Your team shouldn't have to worry about breaking email formatting...
Build the foundation in code once.
Then create emails from a clean admin UI.
Newsletters. Onboarding. Notifications.
All from the same system.
That's our ambition.

With @celaroapp being code‑first, DX is everything.
You write blocks in code, we generate the types, streamline the CLI, and plug everything into a visual editor. Your marketing team can build campaigns while you keep a clean, reusable codebase.

Took a different direction with Celaro recently.
Working with newsletters kept feeling way more fiddly than it should be.
Clunky editors. Formatting breaks. Hard to stay consistent.
So we started exploring something else.
A code-first newsletter CMS, with a UI for content.
You define structure and styling in code.
Everything else happens in a simple admin interface.
Do you feel the same, or are we missing something?
We've opened up a small early access list for this:

Cheers ❤
