#JusticeIsDue
This is what justice looks like in India.
All the laws, rules, their execution only applies to common people.
You ask any random man:
How are you??
He'll say to you with a big smile: " I am all good". In whatever shit situation he is in his life.
Men deserve compassion, appreciation, and emotional support too.
Their struggles matter, their sacrifices matter, and their well-being matters
We talk a lot about gender gaps in offices.
Meanwhile the people who actually keep goods and tourists moving (truckers, bus/taxi drivers) are ~90% men and absorb nearly all the danger and grind.
The burden is not equally shared.
Where is equality??

Do you know why are we failing as society??
We are ignoring men's issues over women's pitty issues.
We are giving more importance to fake narratives by feminists.
We are ignoring men.

This is what a world means to a man!
This dream of a man is used as weapon against him all the time.
Wife's Alimony demand, and the amount she got in settlement must be made available in public!!
Indian judiciary’s transparency is a F*ing joke.
498A and domestic violence names of parties and allegations are out in the open, but when it comes to alimony demands and settlement amounts, suddenly everyone wants privacy.
A husband’s humiliation is public. A wife’s financial demands are a secret.
LOOK AT THE CONTRAST—
498A case: Husband’s name, allegations and court orders are searchable.
Domestic violence case: The accusations and proceedings are part of the public record.
Maintenance case under Section 125 CrPC: The wife’s name is concealed under Xxxx, The wife’s financial demand and the husband’s liability are not visible in the same way.
Family Court settlement: The name of wife is XXXXX. The final settlement order is concealed. The husband paid ₹XXXXX. Can the public easily find these figures in a searchable case record? NO
How much was demanded? How much was paid? What did the husband have to surrender to end the battle?
Why should the public be kept in the dark?
Is this justice, or a system that fears scrutiny when the money trail becomes the subject?
The judiciary cannot keep preaching transparency while allowing legitimate questions about matrimonial settlements to disappear behind a wall of secrecy.
Stop treating men as public targets and financial settlements as untouchable secrets. The judiciary must answer for its double standards.
Expose every Wife’s alimony taken if you consider it as legal..
A Real Incident at a Mediation Centre in a Matrimonial Dispute!
Scene 1: Inside the Courtroom
Judge: "Why aren't you two living together? Just last week, I had a case where the couple had serious differences, yet they decided to reconcile and live together. You don't seem to have such serious issues. I'm referring your case to mediation. Go there and sort things out."
Scene 2: At the Mediation Centre
Mediator: "So, why aren't you living together?"
Husband: "We didn't have major differences initially. But my wife filed false DV and 498A cases against me and my entire family. I haven't filed a single case against her."
Mediator: "Don't get into all that. Just answer one question. Are you ready to take your wife back? Yes or no?"
Husband: "How can I answer such a complicated question with a simple yes or no? I'm not against living together, but certain things need to be addressed first."
Mediator: "What things?"
Husband: "Trust! How can I be sure she won't file similar cases against me and my family again? Today, we don't have children. What happens if the same thing happens after we have kids?"
Mediator: "Don't talk about the future. Nobody can predict what will happen!"
Husband: "Exactly! Then how am I supposed to feel safe? Can we at least have a written assurance that she won't file false cases against us again?"
Mediator: "You cannot stop her from filing cases. She has every right to approach the police or the court whenever she wants."
Husband: "I am not questioning anyone's right to seek justice. I'm asking something very simple."
Mediator: "What?"
Husband: "Since when has filing FALSE cases become anyone's legal right?"
Mediator: "..."
Silence.
Mediation failed.
The question remains:
If a husband expresses fear of facing further allegedly false criminal cases, shouldn't those concerns be discussed seriously during mediation?
Reconciliation cannot be forced. Trust must be rebuilt, not demanded.
We Indians deserve the life we complain about!
1) Zero civic sense.
2) Nobody wants to come out on the streets for peaceful protests.
3) Afraid to question politicians, police officers, and the judiciary.
4) Corruption is condemned until we need a shortcut.
5) We demand clean cities but throw garbage on the streets.
6) We complain about traffic but proudly break traffic rules.
7) We fight over religion and caste but rarely unite for basic public facilities.
8) We pay taxes but hesitate to demand accountability.
9) We worship politicians instead of questioning their performance.
10) We tolerate delayed justice and endless court proceedings.
11) We complain about potholes, pollution, and poor infrastructure but rarely demand solutions collectively.
12) We criticize the education system but glorify marks over knowledge.
13) We expect honesty from others but normalize bribery and favoritism.
14) We remain silent when others face injustice, assuming it will never happen to us.
15) We demand rights but conveniently forget our responsibilities.
16) We complain on social media but rarely participate in meaningful civic action.
17) We accept VIP culture while ordinary citizens struggle for basic services.
18) We prioritize political loyalty over accountability.
The biggest problem isn't just the system. It's our willingness to tolerate everything until it affects us personally.
We want a developed India, but are we willing to behave like responsible citizens?
A country doesn't change merely by changing its leaders. Citizens must change too.
All men should learn something from Amruta Fadnavis! 🤪
- She lives her dreams.
- She doesn't care what others think.
- She doesn't worry about her husband's reputation.
- Even if her expressions don't match the song, who cares? 😂
Men, learn to be a selfish. Live for yourself too!
The Earth won't stop revolving around the Sun if you stop:
- Working relentlessly.
- Stressing over deadlines.
- Worrying about family responsibilities.
- Losing sleep over EMIs, bills, traffic, and whatnot.
You spend your entire life fulfilling everyone else's expectations. But who's living your dreams?
Sometimes, just say "Hell with it!" and enjoy your life! 🤪
In the Madhya Pradesh High Court, a husband reportedly said during a maintenance case:
"I am ready to go to jail. If you want to hang me, hang me to death. But I cannot pay maintenance to my wife."
Before all the SIMPs, feminists, and supporters of a gynocentric society rush to blame this man, consider these:
1. She doesn't want to live with him. Case is being going on since 2015. (11+ years)
2. She dragged her husband all the way to the High Court, where legal fees alone can run into lakhs.
3. If she doesn't want to live with him, she has the option to seek a divorce, find a job, and support herself. Instead, she has chosen to beg the court for maintenance.
4. The husband is suffering here. When a marriage breaks down, couples should ideally resolve their differences outside the courtroom and opt for a mutual divorce rather than spend years fighting legal battles.
5. Alimony and maintenance have become a business opportunity for lawyers and, a weapon used by women to financially harass husbands for years.
The husband may have made a bold statement, but don't try this in court.
If you're employed or own movable or immovable property, you have a lot to lose. The legal and financial consequences can be serious.
A marriage may end, but the legal and financial battles can continue for years. xitter.cf/primeindiia/status/211…
