It’s the stock iOS keyboard, the toolbar above it is part of @a_Shell_iOS, which is such a Swiss Army knife for me

Well, the good news is you don't have to wait for Apple to release it. The bad news, of course, is that it won't be made by Apple, but by a small indie developer.
