Honestly this is the method I prefer. 🧠
Most platforms only show you the multiplier on the trade, which tells you nothing about whether you are about to blow up. Effective leverage tells me exactly how much of my folio is sitting on this one position.
Position sizing is the trade. The multiplier is just the mechanism.
