👮‍♂️ It's Hilarious When A Police Officer Thinks That Just Because They "Have Been Doing This For 22 Years" That They Must Be Doing It Right!👮‍♂️ On October 31, 2023, and again on November 20, 2023, a First Amendment auditor with the YouTube channel I.A.M. Free – Inland Auditing Media went to the Washington State Department of Corrections Work Release Office in Port Orchard, WA 98367. He was there to film publicly accessible areas and submit a public records request after tips about issues at the facility. DOC staff confronted him, claimed the state property was effectively private (comparing it to a library), refused full identification at points, and ordered him to leave, saying he needed permission or a pass. Port Orchard Police responded. Officer R. Luke (Badge #720) and Sgt. T. Holden (Trey Holden, Badge #716) arrived. Officers issued a verbal trespass warning, stating that remaining or returning could lead to arrest for criminal trespass under Washington law. They treated the location as subject to exclusion after warning even though it is state/public property. The auditor argued the site is public property, that he was in an accessible area without adequate restrictive signage, and that he was engaged in protected activity. He maintained that arbitrary exclusion for viewpoint or press activity requires proper time/place/manner justification. The DOC employees called higher ups and realized the mistake they were making then withdrew their trespass warning. 👮‍♂️The police sergeant who had bragged of knowing the law after having been on the job for 22 years was proven to be completely wrong about the law. Outcome: No arrest. No public court records or mainstream news reports indicate charges, a formal complaint outcome, or further legal action from this specific incident. ❓Is it appropriate for uncomfortable staff to call police simply because someone is filming and asking for records, with no other disruptive behavior? ❓How often are public areas unrestricted until an employee sees someone walking around filming and then suddenly they're a restricted or secured area?

🚨Watch how little it takes for a former California sergeant to decide a teenager on a quiet Idaho street needs a knee-on-neck response. On June 30, 2024, in Meridian, Idaho, 16-year-old Parks Allen crashed his dirt bike on a residential street after doing a wheelie, hitting a mailbox and injuring his hand and foot. Paramedics took him to the hospital. His brothers—Samson (then 21), Gannon (18), and a younger sibling—arrived, found the bike (neighbors had moved it), and loaded the 200–300 lb motorcycle into the bed of Samson’s pickup to take it home or to the hospital. Meridian Police Officer Bradley Chambers pulled up and ordered them to unload the bike so he could inspect/photograph it for the crash investigation (“That’s not gonna work. Take it out of the truck”). The brothers questioned the order, said it was their property, offered to let him photograph it in the bed, and refused to unload and reload the heavy bike. About a minute into the interaction, Chambers ordered them back, approached Samson from behind, grabbed his arm while yelling “stop resisting,” swept his legs, and took him to the ground. He then pressed a knee into Samson’s neck/upper back for nearly a minute while pointing a Taser at the others who were filming. Samson was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and obstructing. An internal Meridian PD review by the Office of Professional Standards later found the force was within department policy and the law ----- but officials acknowledged it was not best practice for de-escalation and that the knee-on-neck created a “chilling image.” In May 2025 a jury convicted Samson of the misdemeanor charges. He received 3 months of unsupervised probation. An appeal was later upheld. Officer background: Chambers previously served as a sergeant with the American Canyon Police Department in Napa County, California. He joined Meridian PD around 2022. Shortly after the incident (while the internal review was underway), he transferred to the Boise Police Department in September 2024. He left Boise in January 2025 and returned to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office, which rehired him knowing of the Idaho case. ❓Why escalate to a takedown when the dirt bike was already secured and the injured rider was at the hospital? ❓Did the officer forget he was on a residential Idaho street and not on a California gang detail? ❓Was it actually a crime, failing to immediately obey an officer who wanted the bike out of the truck?

Anything to power trip and dehumanize someone. This is not rehabilitation, this is making sure they hate authorities. Why do cops and people in law enforce make it their sole purpose to just make sure people hate their profession?
