i hate this so much if you can’t think of a way to advertise your startup without polluting the commons, putting up profanity in public parks, and just generally being a nuisance to the residents of the city i want you out of business. the culture needs to change because yea no wonder everyone everywhere hates tech and hates startup founders and hates strive risk because so many of you think the world is a game, real people be damned. stop. it. now.
Private advertising is prohibited in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, which is managed by the federal U.S. National Park Service
You can call the United States Park Police regarding regulation enforcement at 415-561-5505 and report that someone is conducting unauthorized commercial activity or setting up illegal signage at the Sutro Baths ruins

WeChat is stuck in like…2018, from a UI and UX point of view. No competitive pressure to make it good, and everyone just deals with it.

I know this guy is shitposting
But I’m just gonna put a stake in the ground and say I think it’s fucked up that a company with this much influence on the world is focused on sexualizing a cute mascot based on a children’s stuffed animal
It’s juvenile and weird

Introducing our AI Document Editor.
Built for Word files, inside Vesence, so you and your agents can work together.
Look up definitions, make manual edits or ask your agent to do it, and find what you need in Outlook or your DMS without leaving the document. Your firm’s formatting stays intact, even in complex documents.
You can multitask, too. Start multiple agents and let them work in the background while you read and review.
Possibly the most fun project I've ever worked on. It's still amazing to me how you can just prompt things into existence now.
We asked Adam to design a flat-six engine. It produced the complete assembly and instructions on how to assemble it.
Six pistons, connecting rods, a counterweighted crankshaft, split crankcase, and flywheel, all generated from a written description as an editable parametric CAD file. Every single part is modeled by Adam.
The whole engine goes together without tools. Adam sized the clearances for what an FDM printer can hold, using friction fits for some joints and printed fasteners for others.
What we find interesting is how Adam handles change. It understands where every part sits in space and how it mates with its neighbors, so when we adjusted the piston diameter partway through, it reworked the bores, the rods, and the crank throws to match without being asked.
We're now working with a small number of hardware teams who run their engineering process through Adam, from the first specification through geometry, drawings, BOMs, and assembly, to the parts arriving at the shop floor.
