Today, the company has $4m in the bank, and could be delisted as soon as May 13. How can so much value evaporate in such a short time. Incompetence, reckless advice, or a grossly irresponsible fee-fest by management and their lawyers? ASIC and ASX - How did so many warnings from industry participants like @BoatmanCapital, @OmniBridgeway, and shareholders go unnoticed? You had a duty to protect AVZs 22,000 shareholders from blatant misconduct. The AVZ Minerals board and their counsel DLA need to explain... and "spurious and immaterial" should not be the response. Management and their lawyers got rich, and the predominantly retail shareholder base paid for it.
