🇾🇪🇺🇸 مساء أمس، حضرت حفل عشاء في بروكلين لجمع التبرعات لعضو الكونغرس الأمريكي رو خانا @RoKhanna، بتنظيم من أصدقائي مايا وسومية الرميم @Somia_Elrowmeim . وخانا، كما يبدو، يستعد لخوض سباق الرئاسة الأمريكية لعام 2028، وإن لم يعلن ترشحه رسميًا بعد.
وسعدت أيضًا بلقاء عضو الكونغرس السابق جمال بومان @RepBowman ، الذي قد نراه قريبًا يعود إلى الساحة السياسية، وكذلك الأخ علي الساعدي، رئيس الجالية اليمنية الأمريكية في نيويورك.
وطبعًا، كان اليمن حاضرًا في النقاش!
حاول بعض الحاضرين من المحسوبين على الإخوان المسلمين والمتبنين للرواية السعودية اختطاف النقاش وتحويل الأمسية إلى منصة لتحميل أنصار الله وحدهم مسؤولية كل ما يجري في اليمن، وكأن تاريخ التدخل السعودي والحرب والحصار لا وجود له!
والطريف أن بعض من تحدثوا بهذا الخطاب أصدقاء لي، لكن الصداقة شيء، وتزييف واقع اليمن واختزال مأساته في طرف واحد شيء آخر.
ولهذا تدخلت وطرحت وجهة نظري بوضوح: لا يمكن أن نتحدث عن حل حقيقي في اليمن دون إنهاء التدخل والهيمنة السعودية. خلافاتنا الداخلية معقدة، ولا يمكن اختزالها في جماعة أو حزب أو مكون سياسي واحد. وأنا مؤمنة بأن اليمنيين، مهما بلغت خلافاتهم، قادرون على التفاهم والتصالح وبناء دولتهم إذا تُرك لهم القرار بعيدًا عن التدخلات الخارجية.
وللنائب رو خانا تاريخ مهم في الملف اليمني، فقد كان من أبرز الداعمين لتحركات الكونغرس عام 2018 لإنهاء المشاركة الأمريكية في الحرب التي تقودها السعودية، وهي الفترة التي شهدت أيضًا وقف تزويد طائرات التحالف بالوقود أمريكيًا.
والأهم، أنه في 9 أكتوبر 2026، قدّم خانا، بالاشتراك مع النائب الجمهوري توماس ماسي، مشروع قرار جديدًا بموجب قانون صلاحيات الحرب (H.Con.Res. 124)، يهدف إلى إنهاء المشاركة العسكرية الأمريكية غير المصرّح بها في العمليات القتالية ضد أنصار الله في اليمن، بما في ذلك أشكال الدعم العملياتي للغارات التي تقودها السعودية.
وقد تحدثت معه عن أهمية التحرك مجددًا داخل الكونغرس، خصوصًا إذا استعاد الديمقراطيون الأغلبية في مجلس النواب، للضغط باتجاه إنهاء التدخل الأمريكي في الحرب على اليمن.
وفي نهاية المطاف، يبقى موقفي وقناعتي كما هما:
اليمن لليمنيين، بكل أطيافهم ومكوناتهم. نختلف سياسيًا، وقد نختلف بشدة، لكننا لسنا عاجزين عن التعايش والتوصل إلى حلول تحفظ كرامة الجميع. وما نحتاجه هو إنهاء التدخلات الخارجية، واستعادة سيادتنا وقرارنا الوطني، وترك اليمنيين يقررون مستقبلهم بأنفسهم.
كانت أمسية جميلة ومثمرة، وحوارات مهمة، وفرصة أخرى لإيصال صوت اليمن إلى صناع القرار في واشنطن. 🇾🇪❤️

هذه الظاهرة واضحة وفي تزايد (اقرأ التعليقات على أي تغريدة للراجحي).
لكن اللافت أيضاً أنه بعد أشهر من الحرب الخاسرة، وتعطّل الملاحة الجوية، وتداعيات الحرب الاقتصادية والأمنية، لم يخرج محمد بن سلمان، ولا حتى @kbsalsaud، في خطاب أو مقابلة لمخاطبة الناس وشرح ما يجري.
من يتخذ القرارات لا يظهر لشرحها أو تحمّل مسؤوليتها، بينما يُترك الوزراء والآخرون لمواجهة غضب الناس.
بعد شهور من الحرب الخاسره و اغلاق المطارات و الصواريخ اليوميه و الدمار كان المفروض اللقاء مع صانع قرار مش مع مطبل لا يستطيع الجواب مباشره عن اي سؤال خروفا من العواقب.

كعادته، يبدع الدكتور حسن أحمد يان في تشخيص المشكلة بشكل مباشر وواضح وواقعي، ينسجم مع الفطرة.
وفي اليمن، ليست المشكلة أننا " ذراع لإيران" كما يزعمون، ولا أننا لم نبنِ دولة، ولا أننا نشكّل خطراً على أمن السعودية.
مشكلتنا الحقيقية معهم أننا نريد أن نكون شعباً حراً، مستقلاً في قراره، لا يخضع لأمريكا ولا لإسرائيل، ولا يقبل الوصاية من أحد.
The way @UNODC is reporting this is very dodgy and misleading:
1. Before the Taliban's April 2022 ban, Afghanistan was operating an open, self-regulated, and heavily entrenched macro-economy for illicit opiates. In contrast, 2026 represents a highly restricted market where farmers are actively evading an official nationwide ban.
2. Even with a 400% explosion in production over the last year, the total 1,500 tons of opium produced in 2026 is still a fraction of the 6,400 tons generated in 2019.
3. @UNODC calls for development aid, but Taliban authorities are aiming for economic self-reliance through trade, which is blocked by the lack of international banking access.

If Eisenkot and co show enough courage to cobble together a coalition with Arab-led parties, they'll be able to adopt a new social contract for Israel and integrate 20 percent of their citizenry in unprecedented ways.
The new government will have new levels of good-faith in the region and able to expand a circle of peace with Arab neighbors. Arab members of the government can become emissaries to Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries.
It will also be a PR coup for Israel and improves its image abroad.
