used codex gpt 6.1 sol high. rushed to my parent's place and there was this low end 1 gb ram android tv which was super slow. ran the same github that you can find in the op's post, removed trackers, store/demo packages, added ram improvizations, replaced default file manager and browser with fluffy (54 MB vs 110 MB) and tv bro for lighter space usage and applied 0.5x transitions to all animation controls. ran a 90 second speed test. speed: 9 ms median frame rendering; about 1.5% of frames were late. ram: launcher usage settled around 39 MB, staying stable after warm-up. stability: no launcher restart or growing activity/view count. overall memory: android reported normal status, with about 189 MB free or reclaimable afterward. tv is blazing fast. zip zap snap snoop. this would have been an electronic waste since i was planning to throw it away. works awesome now. all apps load smoothly. so fast.
