By comparing the Goemon event dumps, I was able to find and restore every instance of a dummied voice line (including two dogs barking) in the English version of Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon.

This will be rolled into the next version of the Goemon randomizer for sure, but I'm unsure of how to proceed with a standalone patch, because the modifications I'm doing rearrange quite a lot of data.

In Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, every single restaurant has unique dialogue when you try to buy food with exactly zero Ryo. In fact, there's separate dialogue for both the chef and the hostess, totaling 11 messages that you're very unlikely to see in a normal playthrough.

MNSG: There's ~9k bytes of what appears to be (plaintext) debug error messages for various animations that gets loaded into RAM along with the game engine. A small selection is shown here. "SAIYA_AURA" likely refers to Goemon's Sudden Impact transformation.
