⁦@SCDSB_Schools⁩ The second half of our presentation this morning at the Director’s Meeting, held at Terry Fox ES, focused on Implicit Bias, how to recognize it and how to de-bias and de-couple it in our work in schools. Using our Student Census results is critical.
