Everything happens twice. First in your mind, then in reality. 🧠 Great mental performance nugget on Mental Imagery and Visualization from @camdenminacci. If the best performers are doing it... why aren't you?

Camden Minacci on the World Series: “It doesn’t change. I treat those 16 run games like they’re 1 run games.” 1️⃣ Visualization is a great skill to incorporate into your prep 2️⃣ Consistent behavior and approach allows for your best chance for consistent performance #BeYou

Once upon a time, newspapers in NorCal used the term "Superior California" to describe the area from Sacramento to the Oregon border. I'm bringing it back, starting first with the top high school seniors, by DIGS+. NorCal's finest, with pitchers from 19 different schools!
