I built heckled.dev for the @active_builders x @GradiumAI hackathon.
Here's the idea. You paste a landing page URL, pick a heckler, and get roasted out loud for about 60-90 seconds.
Then you get a fix list you can paste straight into your AI to (hopefully) improve your landing page.
A headless Chrome screenshots your page and maps the headline, buttons, pricing, and proof. Claude reads all that and writes an eight-part stand-up set, with each bit pointing at the elements it mentions.
Gradium AI does the voice and each heckler (Jaded VC, Growth Bro, Creative Director, and Documentarian) is a voice I built with Gradium Voice Design, with its own pronunciation dictionary. It does French roasts too.
Gradium also returns word-level timestamps, and those run the whole player. The captions follow the voice, and the camera pans to a spotlight on whatever's being roasted at that moment.
It's one Next.js process with a SQLite queue. About a minute from URL to heckle.
It was a fun little project, and I got to try Gradium AI's tools, which was pretty awesome. The repo is at github.com/phillips-jon/heck…

Small update on markodenic.com: long posts now have a table of contents.
• It's built from the post's headings, so I don't maintain it by hand.
• It only shows on posts with 6+ sections, so short posts stay clean.
• It highlights the section you're reading as you scroll.
• It's a sticky sidebar on desktop and a collapsible box on mobile.

AI agents are only as useful as their memory.
Redis just published a benchmark of agent memory systems using LongMemEval, a benchmark with 500 questions across multi-session conversations.
Their Remis + Instruct approach reached 86.5% task-averaged accuracy, the highest result among the production systems they reproduced on a common GPT-4o backbone.
The interesting part?
It combines two different approaches:
↳ Remis keeps raw conversation evidence using hybrid semantic + lexical retrieval.
↳ Instruct extracts structured facts and updates them across sessions.
Together, they cover different failure modes. Redis says the combination matched or beat either approach alone across all six question types in their run.
Cost matters too.
Redis modeled the combined approach at about $0.07 per session, including answer-LLM costs.
They also found that published benchmark results don't always reproduce under the same setup.
A useful benchmark to check out if you're building agents with long-term memory.
