Yes, Sylvia Jones enjoys denying Ontarians the life-saving treatment they so desperately need to live.
She has repeatedly smiled during Question Period while defending the indefensible from degrading & humiliating family doctors to changing the rules for life saving treatments.⬇️

The Trump-ing of Ontario continues under Doug Ford : --more privatization which has been proven to cost more to consumers,
-public land to private investors (Therme Spa/Science Center etc) and farming out gov services to right wing US interests (Staples)
-putting public healthcare at risk so private interests can make money
-starving education so parents choose to go private

Mind if I talk trash for a second?
Ontario is running out of landfill space, and Ford’s answer is to burn more garbage, turning trash into toxic air.
Burning trash creates more climate pollution than burning fossil gas. We’ve been telling Ford the solutions for years: reducing waste, deposit return, legalizing the right to repair and a stronger recycling system.

BREAKING: Mark Carney's out-of-control mass immigration "plan" cooks the books to try and fool Canadians, but in reality, maintains some of the highest immigration levels in Canadian history.
Mark Carney calls it "sustainable." The only thing he is sustaining is corporate profits at the expense of jobs, homes, and healthcare for Canadian families.

Liberal MPP Tyler Watt said that he is very proud of the students for calling out the government and the colleges and universities minister.
“His response has been pathetic. He’s not being honest about this,” said Watt. “He won’t even acknowledge the fact that he let this go on for years before taking action.”
Watt said the government is trying to shift the focus to the action they are taking against fraud now, rather than what went on since the police warning in 2023.

Pierre Poilievre checked Carney’s budget against the Conservatives’ demands: cut gas prices 20 cents a litre ($1,200 a family) by scrapping federal pump taxes, cut waste, and keep the election promise to lower the debt-to-GDP ratio. Instead, gas taxes are set to rise, spending is up $150 billion, and the promise is broken. “The Prime Minister will add $765 billion to our national debt, the single biggest borrowing binge in Canadian history—more than Trudeau, more than during COVID”
That binge means higher inflation and interest rates now, higher taxes later. The fastest-growing item in the budget is not health care, seniors, or security. “It is interest on the national debt.” Roughly $60 billion a year will go “to bankers and bondholders instead of nurses and doctors”
Rosemary Barton's take was surprisingly blunt: Poilievre is attacking the government for increasing the deficit, the debt, and debt servicing “that, of course, all of us will have to pay over time.” We are all going to pay for Carney’s overspending @PierrePoilievre
