* You’re allowed to say no.
* DND and attend to yourself.
* Have an unfinished to-do list.
* Rest without guilt or shame.
* Or even be a couch potato some days.
Being a Black woman with ADHD can mean fighting to be heard, believed, and given the right support
You shouldn’t have to fight so hard to find care or feel understood because your mental health matters too.
