ADOR owns NewJeans Voices and Faces even if their contract expires and are allowed to use them for AI according to New York Times.
"Under the government template, a label’s rights to a performer’s name, image and voice end with the contract. Not so with NewJeans."
"The singers are under contract until 2029. After that, the contract allows the label to keep using and licensing their identities. NewJeans members must still be paid, but they will not control the use of their faces and voices. That includes any NewJeans voice clones or chatbots created by artificial intelligence."
