Put my watch in security checkpoint tray. When tray came through the watch was gone. It holds significant financial and sentimental value.
Please assist urgently in locating it. I’m ready to provide my full details and boarding pass immediately.

When I came through security I was in a work meeting on my phone.
When the tray came through I rejoined the meeting, put my belt on etc.
That is why I didn’t realize the watch was missing until I was on the flight to Addis Ababa.

At 14:30 on Tuesday (20 July) I went through Security at Kigali Airport. I put my watch with rucksack, phone, belt, keys, headphones etc. I’m not tray.
When the tray came through the watch was gone.

I have seen how much Rwanda has done to make itself a safe country to both visit and do business in.
Therefore I’m sure you make sure that where staff are handling valuables of customers there are security cameras etc ?
