Claude 的 200 美元档取消 5 小时会话限额： Anthropic 把订阅改了名：Max 5x 现在叫 Max，还是 100 美元/月；Max 20x 现在叫 Ultra，还是 200 美元/月。价格不变，老用户不用做任何操作。重点是，从今天起已验证的 Ultra 账号不再有 5 小时会话限额。官方说先覆盖大多数老订阅用户，新账号要等验证完才取消。周限额没变，所以不是无限用。不过长时间跑 Claude Code，至少不会再被 5 小时限额卡住了。
