Not to overreact to an exhibition game, but Rylan Griffen getting a tech in that moment is pathetic. He’s played so much basketball he needs a court order to play this season. He knows better and it didn’t matter. Unfathomably selfish and immature.
I commend @NBA and @dallasmavs for making MavsTV the worst functioning way to watch any sport. Whatever you want to name it, it’s been terrible for years.
I did not like the decision to go for it on 4th down. It basically determined the game.
That said, the coaches didn’t call the “fumble the snap” play. You have a senior C and a senior QB who royally botched that operation. They should be better than that.
I do not know when Mike Elko lost the magic of halftime adjustments but he sure needs to figure out how to get it back.
