AGI3 has partnered with @chainalysis . Chainalysis transaction monitoring and wallet screening run across our platform, so every wallet that connects and every transfer is checked against Chainalysis data before it settles. “Institutions judge a counterparty by its compliance controls. Screening every wallet and transaction with Chainalysis gives the compliance teams we work with the monitoring standard they already apply internally,” said Abhimanyu Kashyap, Chief Executive Officer, AGI3. “Institutional adoption depends on knowing who sits on the other side of a transaction. We are pleased to support AGI3's compliance program with Chainalysis data from launch,” said Caitlin Barnett, Director of Regulation & Compliance, Chainalysis. Nearly three quarters of institutional investors plan to increase their digital asset allocations this year. Among family offices, the barriers cited most often are governance and internal expertise, followed by custody and security. More than half of family offices already borrow against their securities. Their digital asset allocations are likely to grow once those holdings can be financed, managed and reported on the same basis as the rest of the portfolio.

A Treasury bill is the benchmark for every allocation onchain, and passive stablecoin lending has paid less than it for most of the year. Yield above it comes with a tested borrowing base, verified participants and defined terms. The question is whether the return is priced for the risk.

Tokenized real-world assets have grown roughly sixfold since January 2025, to $38.6B (RWA.xyz, 29 Sep). Almost none of that value is reused as collateral; the credit multiplier sits close to one. Until that changes, tokenization serves distribution rather than financing.

Tokenized assets passed $346 billion this month. Most of that, around $298 billion, is stablecoins. The other $48 billion is made up of Treasuries, yield strategies, credit funds and commodities. In July, Forbes looked at the 1,289 tokenized assets worth more than $100,000 and found that 910 of them had not moved within 7 days. The assets are there, and for the most part they are sitting idle. Then on 31 August, ICE and tZERO agreed to explore accepting tokenized assets as collateral at ICE clearing houses. Once a clearing house is prepared to take these assets as collateral, someone has to price them, set the maintenance terms and enforce them. That is what turns a tokenized asset from something you hold into something you can finance with, and it is what will decide how much of the $48 billion ends up as working capital.
