Gujarat: Smugglers challenged — “Your sacred mothers are finished. We will cut them tonight. Stop us if you dare.” 14 Gaumatas were being taken in closed vehicles at night towards a deserted location in Umarsadi-Desaivaad village, Valsad for slaughter.
Agniveer’s Gaurakshaks intercepted them, demanded answers, questioning why the Gaumatas were being taken there at night, also challenging the documents carried by the officials. Suspecting possible collusion between officials & smugglers, they saved the 14 Gaumatas from cruel end.
