Movement competency comes before mechanical complexity. Donโt just teach athletes what positions to get into help them understand how their bodies move to get there. Build independent athlete and ALWAYS remember - Same problems will have different solutions! ๐ช ๐โโ๏ธ โ๏ธ
When you want to learn how to unlock full potential whether youโre an athlete and wanting to move better or a coach wanting to build softball players into real athletes, shoot me a message and we can 1. Keep athletes on the field longer & 2. Have them reach their full potential! ๐ฅ

Texas State has more than 47,000 students this fall.
A record, and the fastest-growing university in Texas four years running.
Add the Pac-12 and the R1 push, and my old Southwest Texas State is hard to recognize.
SWT folks: what would you notice first on campus?
