@amznsellerhelp @AmazonAustralia @acccgovau Amazon Australia Support - It is 2 months and counting no resolution on a serious support case. There gotta be a way to escalate serious issues - and not drown sellers in an AI matrix???

Tiny Bae is a white-label brand that operates exclusively through Amazon FBA. The product is not sold on any external website or marketplace. So I genuinely do not understand how concerns around external pricing or platform parity are even being triggered in the first place??

This was the reply I received just 2 days ago - which is why the constant contradictory responses, without any actual resolution, are becoming extremely frustrating. Businesses have thousands of dollars at stake, yet sellers are still stuck with automated replies
