Yeah...unfortunately, I had to wipe Omarchy MX for now, I need a reliable machine for work and this distro is not it. I will happily use it on my PC desktop where it shines, but on Apple Sillicon Macs it's just not there yet and MacOS does all I need it to do.

So I decided to trial Omarchy Mac on my Macbook Pro 14" M1 Pro, and here's what I found.
It works, with some big caveats, as it's still in development:
- No USB-C external monitor
- FEX only works with old Valve titles
- GPU is partially supported

Looking at 5 screens at the same time just makes you 50% more disoriented, not 50% more productive, do the math 😵💫
I just love how everything is so cohesive across my entire desktop...simply beautiful. It's details like this that set my OCD alarms off whenever I look through other Omarchy themes.

The red shades look very interesting, they're caused when solar particles react with Oxygen at higher altitudes, generally above 150 miles.
