I'm sorry but 8th/12th House & Saturn suffering is not always followed by healing, transformation & rewards. Many times, it's just repeated patterns of suffering.
Life isn't fair & if you use Astrology, then you know unfairness is reflected in the chart.

with saturn, sometimes it's just suffering for the sake of suffering, there might be lessons and rewards, but it doesn't magically heal the afflicted person. More often, the reward isn't even proportional to the suffering
Anyone saying "you choose to suffer" or "you have to make yourself heal & transform" is speaking from a huge privileged point of view.
You can't tell someone that has their 5H Ruler in the 8th with fertility issues to "heal" it. You can't tell someone who's gotten SA'd-
to transform that pain, or one dealing with homelessness & drugs that they will be rewarded. You can't tell someone with 1H Ruler in the 12th with a terminal illness that they're "forcing themselves to suffer".
