I know I’m maturing as a man because when I was younger I would’ve broken up with whoever said this to me. Now I understand that there’s nothing I can do about it and I would just accept it

Vivek has no honor and never did. He doesn’t understand the concept. Him using a mother who betrayed her child in public as means of getting a leg up on her is not at all out of character for him. People will naturally fixate on the sordid details, because all anyone cares about these days is rape and pedophilia. But the point is that he’s uniquely dishonorable even for a politician. What’s there to like?
When 3000 Americans were killed on 9/11, the youth protested the wars which ensued. In normal, non ethno-supremacist countries, the youth people fight for a better world. In Israel, they fight for genocide and ethnic cleansing

Hate for Israelis who speak out is not an authentic resistance motivation. It comes from wounded egos and compromised understandings.
No one is asking anyone to idolize them. No one claims they come first or are more important that anyone else.
They don't.
No one denies that they (we) have immense privilege in terms of much greater freedom of expression than Palestinians have, inside and outside 1948 borders, and also access to capital and certain establishments.
What better and more justified use of any privilege is there other than using it to denounce end it?
I can't speak for others, but I never wanted anything that other people are prevented from having in the system I live in. This is why I chose out, and this is why I chose to use my voice to denounce any aspect of it.
And I know for sure that I am not the only one.
Don't watch Israeli films if you don't want to. Promote all the Palestinian talent you want. I'll help you.
But hate for people who expose what's going on from within is misguided, and plain stupid

People want a convenient and comforting dichotomy. But this kind of bad thinking is what brought us here.
The point of fighting injustice was never denying some other group of people their humanity (feminism is not served by hating and dehumanizing men). It always was, and always will be, creating a more just and more equal system - after bringing down the unjust and often colonial one.
But some people cannot rise above obsessing over characters and personalities, instead of systemic failures and toxic narratives. People like these should never be the leaders of anything. Whatever people who think like this lead, or set the tone of, will always end up in failure.

This is precisely emblematic of why the Western left has failed to produce one inspiring leader in perhaps 2 generations. It is being led by small people who think small and never inspired a single fly in their sterile life

.@POTUS announces the TRUMP DIVIDEND: If Republicans win both the House and the Senate, because of our tremendous economic success, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States for $5,000
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The President of the United States has no constitutional or statutory authority to issue a dividend check on behalf of the US Government. Only the Congress can authorize and appropriate these funds.

The right wing guy who decided to watch the Socialism Conference stream hit the jackpot.
🚨 “The More Dysgenic, the Better”: Beatrice Adler-Bolton Says the Left Must Give Up the “Fantasy of Being Fitter Than the Fascists”
At Socialism 2026, Adler-Bolton argues that “fitness is a measure of relative disposability under capitalism” and says the goal should not be to become “more useful to the ruling order.”
She says the left should not try to beat fascists “at their own game” by becoming “fitter, more eugenic.”
“In fact, the more dysgenic, the better, I think.”
She closes by arguing that revolution is not “a contest between optimized and properly prepared bodies” and that the very idea is itself fascist.

Charlie Kirk on the Palestinian genocide:
"Maybe you shouldn’t kill Jews, you stupid Muslims."
"As a gay person in Gaza, you’d be thrown off of a tall building. But now they don’t have any tall buildings left."
Might genuinely be the dumbest person on this app. The US is nothing like Israel
