Fanfic had always been a hobby people did for fun.
I think the true "crisis" here is the loss of fandom etiquette, and the widespread entitlement in thinking that everyone has to listen to the unsolicited opinion you disguise as "critique".

if florence and hailee don’t get to work together again so soon they may actually die (proof👇)
I saw that the Hailee x Florence in Bound rumor hit Instagram now, so they are bound (haha get it) to see it one way or the other ☠️ I believe in Hailee making it happen, let's go
and that's that on Top dmg at the Thanos Endgame event 😎#MarvelRivals
imagine the rumors are true and that's why Hailee is constantly mentioning Florence in BS lmfaooo that would be THE end for me (please someone get in on it so it actually becomes true)

El*n has robbed me of the balloons for some reason second year in a row, what gives?
Spending my birthday today writing, catching up on work, and eating the absolute best cake my wife has gotten for me. Being a geriatric fandom member feels as great as ever!
not an ick, but if you want your fave authors to write more, engage with their writing more. Comments/messages, even anonymous, about what you liked in a chapter do wonders. Every time I receive a comment on my fic it makes me want to write more, despite what I have going on irl
he would but the TB* writers decided to erase Natasha from Yelena's brain and that entire narrative. I will forever hate on their shitty writing choices and that movie as a result lol. Imagine not mentioning Nat in the void at all? Crazy work
