Jev may have its (narrow) use cases but the hype you see around is the perfect representation of the fact the greatest part of the AI bubble don't know what is important and what is not. Jev is a minor thing happening on AI compared to all the rest, yet the hype exploded.

AGI is 100% solved.
Prompt: "Take control of my computer using GPT-6 Astra and do the following:
1. design a character concept using Higgsfield Soul 2.0,
2. build a textured 3D model of it,
3. import it into Blender,
4. retopologize the mesh,
5. create a UV map,
6. build a character rig,
7. evaluate how production-ready the model is,
8. redo previous steps if you're not satisfied with results,
9. and then turn it into a cartoon using Seedance 2.5 on Higgsfield"
Made in 30 minutes with GPT-6 Astra + Higgsfield MCP.

Everytime, I think AI models are expensive, I look back at this screenshot and thank capitalism
GPT Astra needs to solve OpenAI’s biggest problem:
Its models are incredibly smart, but they still make stuff up with full confidence.
On Artificial Analysis’ AA-Omniscience hallucination test:
• GPT-5.5: 91%
• GPT-5.6 Sol: 92%
• GPT-5.6 Luna: 93%
At some point, another benchmark point matters less than an AI that can simply say:
“I don’t know.”
🚨 ChatGPT has a serious hallucination problem.
On Artificial Analysis’ AA-Omniscience benchmark, OpenAI’s latest models are sitting at 88–93% hallucination rates.
GPT-5.6: 88%
GPT-5.6 Pro: 91%
GPT-5.6 Instant: 92%
GPT-5.6 Sol: 92%
GPT-5.6 Ultra: 93%
Meanwhile, the best model tested is at just 14%.
OpenAI doesn’t just need smarter models.
They need models that know when they don’t know.

Scaling self-verification with DeepSeek V4 Flash beats Claude Fable 5 on Terminal-Bench 2.1, while being 11x cheaper 💰
As open-source models become more capable, they can now generate large numbers of high-quality candidate solutions and verify their own outputs at very low cost.
For example, we find that sampling just 5 solutions with DeepSeek V4 Flash and ranking them using the same model with LLM-as-a-Verifier can lead to a significant boost in accuracy (79% → 88%), outperforming closed frontier models on Terminal-Bench.
Try it out today: github.com/llm-as-a-verifier…
More on verification scaling in my previous post.
How can we extract richer signals from AI Feedback?
Introducing LLM-as-a-Verifier✨— a simple verification scaling framework that achieves SOTA on agentic benchmarks 🚀
The key idea:
- Use fine-grained scoring granularity (e.g., 1-20 instead of the standard 1-5 scale)
- Take the expectation over the full logprob distribution of score tokens
- Scale repeated evaluation and criteria decomposition
You can use these fine-grained signals for more effective test-time scaling, RL, and agent monitoring! It achieves SOTA across Terminal-Bench V2, SWE-Bench Verified, RoboRewardBench, and MedAgentBench 👑
