Ready for the biggest celebration of year?
It's that time of the year when we clean the dust off our gears, wake up early, suit up in new clothes and spend time doing what we love the most!

Modi-Shah’s Manipur:
An elected MP stopped inside his own state.
Bimol Akoijam: “This is the India-Kuki border.”
A buffer zone -or a silent partition?
Where is the legal order?
We're really screwing up our environment... every day little by little in the greed to become viksit, but we're going to be vikSHIT. Remember these words.
Why does @gautam_adani need 600 acres of prime forest in Bhimashankar, Western Ghats for a pharma factory?
Who has given @Dev_Fadnavis the authority to handover forest land that belongs to us all?
Do not blame climate change for drought in Maharashtra.

In other news, the think tank drafting India's roadmap to a $30 trillion economy has this week cleared 1 staircase corner, wiped 1 canteen exhaust hood, disposed of 13 grievances & sold Rs 20,500 of scrap.
Well what can I say... Happy Diwali !!
As part of Special Campaign 6, unwanted and redundant items were removed from the fourth-floor corridors of NITI Aayog. The initiative has reclaimed usable space, improved the appearance of the office, and enabled more effective use of the available premises.
It also reinforces the importance of keeping common areas clutter-free and maintaining a clean, orderly workplace that supports efficient space management and good governance.

156 Indian government websites are currently inaccessible because of a cert revocation by @eMudhra, including 4 that come under @GoI_MeitY. One of them is @ccaindiapki - which regulates eMudhra.
cc @internetfreedom
I made a list: captnemo.in/blog/2026/10/23/…
Replying to @GoI_MeitY
The reported security incident pertains to this only. MeitY is not involved in its audit.
The impact of this incident on Indian websites and applications have been very limited and for a very short interval.
Here's why the eMudhra screwup is of colossal proportions..
Any embedded/IoT device that trusts their compromised roots and never checks revocation accepts forged signatures forever.
A permanent hole in every device.
A new day and a new security issue in India.. Frankly.. not surprised anymore.
The cert holding NPCI's key in UPI apps expired in Sep 2025 (per @captn3m0).
UPI works. Nobody noticed.
Which is exactly the problem. Thread ...
Since the entire internet cares about critical certificates today, a reminder @UPI_NPCI has been running on an expired cert since Sep 2025.
