Including her Stanley cup - still in tact and with ice in it!!!
The president of Stanley stitched the video in < 24 hours offering to replace her cup…..and her car.

58 years ago today, my mother attended the first game ever played at the Astrodome.
It was during this game that she came up with the idea that there should be animated clapping hands on the Jumbotron.

Back in 1965, my mother went to an Astros game at the Astrodome right when it opened. She noticed that the crowd wasn't clapping at the same time.
She wrote the team suggesting that cartoon hands on the scoreboard could help the fans clap together.
The Astros wrote back.
