Irvine Welsh and Kneecap are a natural mix. Both funny, in a way, and charming at times. But both feel just a bit out of date, old hat, quaint even, especially given how seriously both seem to want to be taken. 90s analogue politics in an AI world, despite the age of the latter.

Edinburgh Council actually holds the record for the world’s shortest Bible.
It just says, “thou shalt not.”
This is decline.
The Edinburgh Tram has supported £600 million of investment.
But the Council is REFUSING to give everyone access.
3,500 homes are being built in Granton on the promise of a tram to the city centre.
Now the Council won’t build it.
The result?
👉 People in Granton, Muirhouse & Pilton shut off from jobs.
👉 Companies choosing to locate elsewhere.
👉 More cars & more congestion.
👉 Poor access to Edinburgh College, Craigleith Retail Park & hospitals.
Granton once had a tram. It deserves one again.
The Council has the power to BRING BACK THE TRAM.

The Council are prioritising the interests of an organised NIMBY campaign over the people of Edinburgh and Granton.
This has to END.
