A CMP for #Umbraco 🥳 Delighted to see the Cookiebot package available. Gives a solid option for implementing Umbraco websites with ePrivacy & GDPR compliant cookie processing.
Compliance isn't a switch tho, needs correct config by devs and ongoing TLC.

Interesting to see a service provider that specialises in processing data on behalf of others, specify in their ToS that no sensitive, or special category data should be shared with them. Particularly noteworthy in context of #SchremsII ruling, & #SCCs that @Zapier operate under
Ahead of @DPCIreland's cookie compliance deadline, website operators should review how they provide info and control to website users of processing that requires the use of cookies or similar.

Cookie compliance isn't hard. You need to understand why you need them (sometimes you don't!), inform your users & give them control. Pro tip: involve your #webdev👩💻& verify that what you say is what you do! @DPCIreland has given till Oct 5th to comply. Their report is worth a 👀
