can anyone help me my roblox account was falsely terminated. my acc was suspended for one day in july for the same reason and yesterday i was permanently banned. my account was in fair status after the suspension in july so it is not fair to be punished again @Roblox @Roblox_RTC
this doesn’t make any sense!! for the past month i have been sending appeals literally once a day and i receive email that i am not appealing under the correct violation when i dont have a violation for my ban😭and now i get this response @Roblox #robloxban
I keep receiving the same message after appealing so many times. How are we suppose to appeal properly if there no is no violation for my false ban😭I’m kinda giving up, it has been one month now @Roblox #robloxban
This Violation does not appear under my Violations & Appeals page, therefore I can not directly appeal it under said section. I have requested my Right Of Access report for chat data and there is no evidence of my Roblox behavior I was banned for. This makes no sense! @Roblox @RobloxCreators

Hi @Roblox, I was falsely terminated 31 days ago.
I am confused and upset. It’s been 31 days and I haven’t received any human support
as well as no appeal response to my in-app appeal. My accounts collectively had well over $25,000 of robux, limiteds, and other items and it really sucks to be banned. I’m an aspiring developer and big time roblox player and I didn’t think my dreams would end here.
I'd appreciate if I got some support here.

2 months and i get an response saying to submit thru the appeal portal yet there is no ban to appeal and clicking the support link just brings me to the form which they don't accept appeals from in this case.

Yeah about that....its week 3 btw.
They say they will help in 5 business days right? Guess what, it's day 5 and they did not even check the appeal! It's also a false ban made by AI systems.
Appeals doesn't help nor support either!!!

What about the banwave enforcing bans on accounts for Harmful Content/Behavior although they did nothing wrong? It breaks Roblox's own TOS without providing substantial verfication the chat broke the rules; while an ROA is possible it is tedious and forces ID verification.
