👤 Chi possiede più veicoli potrà beneficiare dell'agevolazione per un solo veicolo. Per le auto, in caso di più veicoli idonei, sarà esentato quello con la potenza più bassa; a parità di potenza, quello con il bollo meno elevato
💰 Essendo il bollo un tributo regionale, il governo prevede un trasferimento alle Regioni di circa 2,2 miliardi di euro per compensare il mancato gettito
