Day 5 of #12daystwitter- I think I would like to continue to have stacks of books that are relevant, current, & where students see themselves. My hopes & dreams would include TCK centered protagonists & themes. I would ❤️ to write some, so if you have ideas- send them my way!

After reading the book, Peace is an Offering, S’s expressed what peace means to them and/or ways to share peace. As each learner shared, we used Jenga blocks to build our peace tower. Happy #internationaldayofpeace #yislearning #KindnessMatters #grade4

3 weeks in the books of year 15 of teaching. Have a stack of books to read & what better way than on a beach! Finding some good #readalouds for the school year!
