A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle along Route 14 in Crystal Lake Monday evening. The patient was airlifted to Advocate Condell with reported serious injuries. @CrystalLakePD is on scene investigating.
Officials in McHenry County are investigating a reported stabbing and extra-alarm structure fire, both of which occurred in the same house within 30 minutes of each other. Both @McHenrySheriff and McHenry TFPD are expected to release details Sunday morning.
A total of 6 patients were transported from a crash at Rand Rd and Route 22 in Lake Zurich Friday night. Minor to moderate injuries reported. The entire intersection was closed for over an hour.

A total of seven patients were transported from a two-vehicle crash near Hebron late Saturday night. One patient was airlifted to Rockford. Six ambulances responded on the 3rd Alarm EMS MABAS Box. @McHenrySheriff is investigating the crash.
A residential bedroom fire left an entire four-unit apartment building uninhabitable Thursday night in Crystal Lake. An estimated $100k in damages have been reported. The causes remains under investigation by @CrystalLakeFire. No injuries at this time.
A single motorcyclist was seriously injured after reportedly striking a deer and crashing near Richmond Friday night. A medical helicopter was requested to the scene, but none were available due to weather. @McHenrySheriff is investigating.
