How on earth are you supposed to get a refund for undelivered items (their fault) from @VictoriaPlumUK. Impossible to speak to anyone - literally the worst site I have ever used. Their chatbot (only way of contacting them) is literally useless.

Is it just me but why does all chocolate have to taste of salt now (especially when we are supposed to be cutting down salt intake)? Call me oldfashioned but I like chocolate to taste a bit sweet and peanuts to taste of salt... not the other way round 🙄
