Being mad, sad me scared doesn't mean you are dishonoring God. Feeling your feelings honors the God who gave you feelings and needs. And needs aren’t given to us by God to be met, they are given to foster relationship with Him. Honor God and your feelings. Go to Him. Feel.

You know what I love about God? His plans can't be stopped. He loves cooperation. But He doesn’t need it. 🙌🏻

Hey world. Good luck trying to out smart me. I am a woman of God who seeks His will. Wisdom is on my side.

“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise (people of this world who think they are wise) in their craftiness" 1 Corinthians 3:19

I have decided that following Jesus is going from one level of confronting your fears to another. Just when you think you’ve been all in, due to the next invitation on the table to follow him. you find out there’s more fear in you than you thought.

It’s as if our fear is the offering that fuels His glory fire and those who who offer it and follow see His glory. And other people who paid less will experience God’s glory too. Will we sit back and wait for someone else to pay or will we just go?

Our answer will depend on how consumed we are by His love. “Peter do you love me?….Feed my sheep.” (John 21:17)

Avoid the temptation to feel like you have to do something for God. The greatest gift of honor we can give Him is our presence not our performance.

Lord, One minute in your presence is better than three hours on social media. Yet we struggle to give you a minute. Arrest us, Lord. Grab us from the pit of our selfish ambition and vain conceits.

Help us long for your presence more than anything and we will become mountain moving people. People who lose their lives to find REAL life.

Prayer is necessary. Prayer helps us know how our hearts are doing. Prayer is not to be an itemized list of things we need God to do. It’s devoting ourselves to God even though the list doesn’t seem to be coming through. It’s getting lost in worship until our heart is found.

Jesus is after our hearts, not our list of requests. Prayer changes us, seeks out the things in our hearts that are actually causing the sickness and disease then that moves God.

Advice for the Christian entrepreneur: If it’s a call of God on your life, no one can stop it. Keep your heart pure and your hands clean. If it’s of you and for you, with a little bit of God, on the side, it can be stopped.

Two part philosophy of God for the minimalist: 1) There is a God 2) You’re not it ✌🏼

You’ve been given a body to contain, hold and give away God’s peace not to reach a certain body fat percentage. Holding onto good things, feeling good about your life and giving away good things has little to do with your body fat.

Step into the Kingdom culture of God and get swept up in His grace. Let the “fit” people say “Amen!”

Fitness can’t be measured by what’s on the outside, it’s all about what’s inside the jar of clay. Don’t allow yourselves to get tossed about by the waves of yesterday’s diet and fitness culture.
3
The gospel is for us, but never, ever, ever about us. Are you fit to hold the treasure in your jar of clay is real question. (2 Corinthians 4:7)
2
Don’t put more focus on your body than the one who gave you a body. The whole faith and fitness movement is a wonderful thing, but if we’re not careful we can get stuck in the shallow end of the pool using the grace of God for selfish gain and vain conceit.

If you were told today that your physical appearance is EXACTLY what the world defines as beautiful, would you change a thing? I bet your response is a resounding “No!”

Turn your back on the world and turn your face towards a beautiful God and His kingdom.
