2024 has been easily one of the hardest years of my life so far with a really massive loss 3.5 mths ago and has brought on a lot of anxiety in every day life.
I’m really proud of myself for booking my first therapy appt and to start healing slowly.
The loss of Jasper is utterly devastating.
I am sad and angry and again devastated that this has happened.
The fires in Jasper are just devastating.
The town has always been a special part of my families life. From ski trips, day trips, cousin trips and because we are bored trips, it was a beautiful escape from the city in just 3 hours.
I pray for those who call Jasper home, and those fighting tirelessly to save the town as much as they possibly can.
