In 2025 @AAEPHorseDocs ran the first prospective study of wearable sensors for racehorse injury detection: 561 two-year-olds, 4,252 breezes.
6 sensor companies started. 4 met the data bar for analysis. Alogo was one of them. ๐งต 1/4
Most injuries don't start on race day. They start as small changes in a horse's stride.
Alogo flags those changes against each horse's own baseline โ up to ~5 weeks before they're visible to the eye. Earlier signal, earlier action. #HorseRacing #RacehorseWelfare
In April 2025, @theTDN reported that Alogo was joining the @AAEPHorseDocs wearable sensor study. The results are in: 6 sensor companies started, 4 met the data bar for analysis, and Alogo was one of them. Full thread on our profile. #HorseRacing
๐ค Alogo Analysis SA (ALOGO) will partner with the American Association of Equine Practitioners for the @AAEPHorseDocs pioneering wearable biometric sensor research project, which plans to track 100 2-year-olds until the end of the year.

No sensor was ranked, and none replaces the vet. The AAEP sees sensors as a complement to veterinarians and trainers. That's exactly how we built Alogo. 3/4
Alogo flags changes against each horse's own stride baseline, so trainers and vets know where to look first.

Our racehorse wearable biometric sensor research project has started!
More than 700 two-year-old Thoroughbred racehorses are now wearing a biometric sensor to determine the effectiveness of sensors in injury detection.
