A new landlord comes in and increased the rent to 500k
You complained that the inflation is too heavy for an apartment of that quality,
Landlord compared his apartment with apartments in GRA
Tenants insisted that if he can renovate his building to standard and quality of the ones in GRA they will gladly pay the difference
