Presented @sentra_app to one of the largest enterprises in the world. Not a feature demo. A conversation about execution. At scale, companies don’t fail from lack of talent. They fail when context fragments. Organizational memory is the bottleneck @sentra_app

We spent $0 on LLM tokens last month by forcing everyone to walk while they work The big AI labs don't want you to know this one simple trick. Taking some inspiration from Japanese sidewalk design, we realized a lot of our employees' caffeinated energy was going to waste. What better use of their spare energy than to power our in-house servers to run GPT-0.1 locally at zero cost whatsoever? That's why we installed a treadmill under everyone's desk Since then, our LLM costs have dropped to zero, with the only tradeoff being the occasional tumble for legal reasons this is a joke

The average height of our engineering team is 6'2. This is not a coincidence. In fact, it was intentional. You see, in the middle of the work day, the Claude servers are operating at peak capacity. When these hit their maximum load, our requests to Opus models begin to drop out and our eng productivity (cursor and claude code) take a hit. As a result, we need only the tallest engineers to be able to raise their laptops to the sky, ensuring the best odds of connecting directly to the anthropic servers and having our P0 requests (centering a div) go through. for legal reasons this is a joke

Wow, Cursor has given SpaceX the right to acquire Cursor later this year for $60 billion or "pay $10 billion for our work together." "The combination of Cursor’s leading product and distribution to expert software engineers with SpaceX’s million H100 equivalent Colossus training supercomputer will allow us to build the world’s most useful models."
SpaceXAI and @cursor_ai are now working closely together to create the world’s best coding and knowledge work AI. The combination of Cursor’s leading product and distribution to expert software engineers with SpaceX’s million H100 equivalent Colossus training supercomputer will allow us to build the world’s most useful models. Cursor has also given SpaceX the right to acquire Cursor later this year for $60 billion or pay $10 billion for our work together.

Claude Code's --dangerously-skip-permissions flag doesn't make the agent smarter, it cuts out the human who'd have to sign. That's the whole Anthropic Paradox. The $40T choice isn't about capability, it's about who carries the liability.

The scary part is the company still owns all the data, but without the memory of how to use it it's all meaningless. If only there was something that could live in your workspace and never forget what it all means
Anthropic shut down an entire company's Claude access overnight 60+ employees. No explanation. Just an email. Want to appeal? Fill out a Google Form. Integrations gone. Histories gone. Everything built on Claude... gone. Never let one vendor own your workflow.

The fact the Tesla is launching Unsupervised Robotaxi right off the bat in Houston and Dallas makes me more bullish for the speed of the Cybercab rollout. I was expecting the Robotaxi rides in new cities to initially only be offered with safety monitors. Exciting times!

Tell me why we spent thousands on catering and a DJ for our launch party, and the highest ROI item was $16 worth of Nerf guns bought 2 days before the event from Amazon. Inb4 our events will just be 200 adults with six-figure salaries shooting each other with foam darts in a parking lot

Replying to @garrytan
@garrytan thanks for liking the post. Love to get your thought on the SMF system we built. A more powerful version of it powers @sentra_app, try it out if you can.

Are you tracking Tesla Robotaxi progress? The most important metric is safety Tesla had 0 incidents from Feb 17 - March 15 1 incident from Jan 15 - Feb 16 Let that sink in
🚘NHTSA autonomous vehicle crash data is now updated thru March 15, 2026 Crashes since the February 17th release: @Tesla: 0 (15 total - Austin Only) @Waymo: +80 (1790) @Zoox: +5 (123) Source data and more info about methodology in comments
