Kinda crazy that you can get unlimited leads into your claude for $149 a month at ScraperCity
Cheapest and best bulk leads for cold email that I've seen
They have an affiliate program too
An agency owner hits $1M/year but feels like they've hit a wall.
They blame bad hires, bad clients, or bad referrals - but the roadblock is almost always internal.
And since I've helped hundreds of agencies break through that $1 million a year barrier (and helped thousands more scale with Galadon Gold) I'm qualified to give a bit of advice on the topic:
1. Stop Thinking of Money as Survival
In order to get to the next revenue level we need to STOP thinking about money as a way to pay our bills - because let's face it, after you clear 12k in profit... your personal bills aren't getting much higher than that
So we have to stop letting that make us lazy and instead start thinking of money as points on a scoreboard
I do this with micro-goals
It started small at first:
"I want to save $1,000"
Then I wanted 6 months of expenses, so 22k
Then 6 months: 44k
Then I wanted 100k in the bank
Then I wanted to fill up my kid's trust funds
Etc etc all the way up
I know it sounds weird that I'm saying "the key to making more money is just to try and make more money" but it's true - the ONLY limit on how much you make is that you're tolerating less
2. "Scheme" Thinking
We're entrepreneurs - and we got here because we love thinking of ways to make money
The issue here is - once you have a business that is making you profit....
YOU DON'T NEED ANOTHER BUSINESS
I know it's boring - but you literally just have to work the same angles over and over again
Think about what worked when you started - is it sending cold emails? Cold calling? Going to events?
Whatever tasks allowed you to hit your goals the first time KEEP DOING THEM
The second you hit 1 million in revenue as an agency owner is not the time to launch a course or start a SaaS.... it's time to get to 2 million, then 3 etc
This is the kind of clarity we help agency owners achieve inside Galadon Gold - so they can stop spinning their wheels and start scaling.
3. Small-Minded Hiring
I've hired every type of person from $3 an hour virtual assistants to 6 figure executives
And I gotta say - the type of people you hire influences everything
At Galadon Gold I made a decision early on to ONLY bring on top quality people
Nobody on our team is underpaid - and everyone has the right mindset
Which means nobody needs management - we all show up to work on time and nobody needs to be handheld.
Compare that to my last agency when we tried to save money by hiring a bunch of junior talent from india, the philipines, and eastern europe and ended up with client disaster after disaster
3am calls, stress, and zero sleep on top of it.
And more importantly... no profit.
1 million in revenue is 83k a month... spend it on hiring the BEST people you can, not a large quantity of low performers
Even if you have to pay a little more on salary up front, you will make it back
4. Short-Term Thinking
I get it... when you were small it felt like every hire might bankrupt you
Spending 3k/month on a freelancer (or even $500 a month) meant you needed to breathe down their necks every second or else you might lose the investment and your business might collapse
Well, you gotta calm down. Let people run for 3, 6 even 9 months at a time
Do the interviewing, and once you trust that they will deliver...
Write off the money as gone and let them run.
These are the exact kind of things we cover four times a week inside of Galadon Gold.
So if you're ready to stop worrying about your paycheck every month...
And instead start growing a business that you can be proud of...
One that pays your bills and allows you to retire early...
Then join now - cancel anytime.
If cold email is your growth channel, grab your leads from ScraperCity and keep doing what got you here - just do more of it.
Talk soon,
Alex
P.S. Some of our best members came in at the $1M mark and doubled within a year. Will you be next?

Format for 30-minute sales check-ins that work:
One line. Slack or a shared sheet.

Three things kill a cold email campaign before the first send:
Sending from your main domain.
Using a verified export without re-checking it.
Skipping the warmup entirely.
Get your infrastructure right and the rest follows.
Giving away a database of 25,000 ecommerce stores spending $10k+/mo on Google Ads - includes emails, revenue estimates, tech stacks, and social profiles.
Reply "STORES" and I'll DM it to you instantly.

Referrals feel safe until you want to change industries.
Sony is a great client.
Until you want e-commerce clients.
Your referral network only sends you more Sonys.
Cold email is the only channel that lets you choose the room you're in.
Different vertical.
Different company size.
Different buyer.
One new list, one new sequence.
Referrals can't do that.
The point of handing your list build to an AI agent is sleeping through the pull and waking up to a sequencer-ready file.
Three capabilities have to click for that to run without you in the loop, which is why operators trying the setup on a credit-metered database abandon it by week two.
The setup I run my lists through on ScraperCity:
1) The 419M+ B2B contact database queried straight from Claude Code over the MCP server, so the ICP sentence goes in and the file comes out without a dashboard touch: flat $149 a month with unlimited pulls, so the agent never hits a credit meter mid-run.
2) Email validation chained in as the next step on the same key, so stale rows drop out before anything moves downstream.
3) A webhook on run completion that pushes the file into lemlist, so the sequence fires itself the second the list is ready.
Four lines of intent to the agent and the loop runs on its own schedule.
The capability that makes it zero-touch is the flat rate on the database: unlimited pulls let the agent rebuild as many times as the ICP demands without a credit meter cutting the run short.
Got a B2B offer and a site that lines up with this setup? Drop it below and I'll push yours through the agent this week and hand back the file.

Landing a meeting with a Los Angeles entertainment company takes more than a great email.
We sent three emails.
Then we called.
Then we worked through their whole chain of command - starting with whoever answered the phone and moving up from there.
Cold outreach feels like throwing messages into the ocean.
The meeting happened anyway.
Persistence is the infrastructure.

There's something so magical about marrying into a family with so many close relatives...
For my son's first birthday we took him to India where he met around 2,000 people, we fed a bunch of school children, and had the first Beverly Hills style birthday party Chamba has ever seen.
It was fun, and in this post party haze I'm looking at a question from one of the Galadon Gold members:
"What should I sell?"
Basic and yet... too important.
He's not asking what his skills are:
He's a developer, project manager, and he's done lead generation.
He's asking about WHAT to sell
What's the offer going to be?
I told him to sell minimum viable products to wannabe startup founders for 9k a pop
Another guy on a coaching call wanted to sell "something in the lead generation space"
Vague, meaningless, unmarketable
Now he sells cold email implementation systems:
Building the Clay tables, automating lead generation with ScraperCity, buying and warming up the inboxes with Smartlead or EmailBison...
Then selling that to major b2b companies
that need to be brought into the modern way of selling
And it's 45k for the implementation and then 10k/month for the management.
Swing and a hit.
So what makes a good offer?
If you walked into a restaruant and asked "what do you have" and the owner said:
"Whatever you want"
You wouldn't be in that restaurant for very long.
But if you walk in and they say "lemonade is $5, coffee is $3.50 - which one do you want?"
Then you know to order a coffee.
So instead of selling IT services...
Sell a complete shopify app build for 15k
Or instead of "cold email consulting to help you finally scale your business" sell access to a community with no contract where you can cancel anytime
Give them a specific offer with a price.
Stop hiding behind a "request info" button or generic offers like SEO, or paid ads..
You KNOW two things:
1. What most customers need/want to buy from you. and
2. The price that will make you LOVE to do this work profitably
Now, combine those and start pitching
If you get negative feedback... that means you got one of those 2 assumptions wrong (usually the first one)
Because if you lock into something that customers need from you - then it's just about finding the customer...
That MVP build for 9k we talked about earlier?
I sold the same thing to many many funded startups for anything from 150k-500k... in cash
It's just about the buyer.
Cold email implementation is the same:
That client selling it for 30k is the mid point, we've had a Galadon Gold member sell the same thing for a hundred thousand dollars
And of course people try and sell it for 300 bucks or 2k a month or whatever
There are buyers at all of these price points... it's up to YOU to decide who to work with.
And then go after them until you win.
Join Galadon Gold now.

P.S. We keep getting new members who come in, lock their offer down on the first coaching call, and start landing clients within weeks. Will you be one of them?
"Quick Question" has been the best-performing subject line in our testing for years. Just two words. Try it on your next campaign before you overthink it.
Hired a fitness trainer in India.
10am every weekday.
Deadlifts. Crunches. 1,400 calories a day.
Same logic I apply to business:
Hire someone who's already solved the problem.
Works in the gym.
Works in sales.
Works in outbound.
Scrape your next 10,000 leads in just hours:

I follow every cold email guru in the space and it's kinda funny how every single one of the good ones ended up in the same place recently:
* Custom SMTP for sending with SUPER low volumes per inbox
* Heavy customization on the lead generation side and
* Advanced n8n automation to qualify leads before reaching out
So that you can send to 5k leads a month for a few hundred bucks and still get results
But it's funny when I stumble on some of the guys that have been around for a few years that still quote the basics from my book Cold Email Manifesto:
I'm talking 30 emails a day, spintax, AI written first lines....
These aren't even 2023 tactics.
These are legit ripped from 2021 with no changes.
And it's shocking to me that people still buy these courses and coaching programs where the content has just not been updated in years.
The cutting edge information is out there.
Hell they could just join Galadon Gold or any number of killer cold email groups and get the latest data...
But they'd rather focus on growth and chasing down the next 10k client to join their group
(paid all upfront of course with no ability to cancel and a fake guarantee)
It'd be scary if there wasn't another option
When ALL the info isn't even gatekept...
to be spouting outdated recommendations is sloppy at worst
and negligent at best.
I was on a call with a new Galadon Gold member who runs enterprise sales for an 80 person company, and he came to us after trying 2 other groups:
The first was way too high level and motivational - but the guy (despite claiming to have been trained by salesforce) didn't know a single thing about cold email sending
Not surprised as Salesforce doesn't even use 2021 tactics... they use tactics from 2011
The second was a guy that I'm connected to on Linkedin (although I wasn't super familiar with his work)
And it was the same issue - courses and scripts that were already outdated...
If you aren't keeping up then you will fall behind (we update our courses every single week)
Because cold email is STILL the most direct and targeted way to reach clients, but the infrastructure side of it is more complicated than ever.
There's still a way to do it cheaper than ads.
There's still a way to make it work for your company.
But you gotta do me a favor and stop listening to people that aren't dedicated to the craft.
For Galadon Gold - I know that when we give you the cutting edge data in cold email, linkedin outreach, and sales training
then we will retain you (even though we have no contract and you can cancel anytime)
We will win in the longterm, help you get massive results
and finally kill this terrible coaching industry once and for all.
So are you ready to get more meetings than you know what to do with?
To commit to PIVOTING when necessary instead of running the same tactics that barely worked 6 months ago?
Then join now.
You get four coaching calls a week, our hyper up-to-date collection of 9+ courses, and a community that keeps you accountable.
Pull your leads from ScraperCity, plug them into the system, and start booking.
Are you in? Let's do this.
Talk soon,
Alex
