Now, madness, anger, and sadness have made him insult cowards like himself who lied to him, because he thought he would capture Rwanda through a computer. But now, he is seeing how Rwanda continues to achieve its goals, develop, and earn the trust of the international community.
The anger and distracting thoughts seem to be pushing him into despair, because the truth is that Rwanda’s progress continues to be visible on the international stage.
